Appalachian Institute Immersion Trips
The Appalachian Institute currently coordinates over 35 immersion trips for high school and college aged students from across the region. Each trip focuses on relationship building with Appalachian communities, authentic learning on the challenges and beauties of the region, reflection based on Jesuit pedagogy, and action steps for continued connection after the immersion experience. $325 for college students, $350 for high school students
