The Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA), requires institutions to disclose certain information to prospective and current students, and employees. The purpose of this webpage is to provide the information required to be disclosed by the HEA in an easy to find location. These federal regulations require that colleges that receive Title IV federal funding provide specific consumer information about the college.
